Technical: Bottled 140 Cases. ph 3.64, TA .67g, 15.0% Alcohol
Description: I am really happy with how the Bully came out. This Cabernet
Sauvignon is as dark a wine as I have seen out of Washington.
Most importantly it tastes like Cabernet Sauvignon. Full - bodied
and bold, plenty of jammy black cherry, currant, cedar box and
toasty oak. The structure, acidity and alcohol are present but
masked by the intensity of the fruit.
